When Jodie counters an attack, she doesn't gain any Star Power despite the act of countering necessarily coming from being attacked. However, attacks that miss or do zero damage do give her Star Power. How come?
More engine quirks. A countered attack isn’t considered a completed attack (and I don’t have a way to make counters build SP), but attacks that miss or do no damage do count as completed. They just didn’t do anything to Jodie
